This Used KAWASAKI KLR250 KL250D) motorbike for sale For sale is a 1997 KLR 250 -

I purchased this bike about 2 years ago, it was fully rebuilt in 2006 by Brighton Kawasaki (receipts provided), and has been regularly serviced at Mornington Kawasaki since I bought it. The bike has always been treated well. Its had regular oil and filter changes and valve adjustnents and I have looked after her as best I can. The odometer reading and kilometers travelled are genuine and accurate. Bike is in excellent condition, no work to be done, just fire it into life and away you go.

Disc brake on front in excellent condition, new rotor and pads installed approx 9 months back.. The rear drum is in very good nick and works beautifully.

Rear tire has about 70% tread, front about 60%, both still with plenty of life left in them - Brand New rear knobby tire included as well, worth $140.00 - free.

Bike is sold without the REC-REG, however should you wish to negotiate on this am i willing.

This bike has been used only for trail-riding by myself , however it can be road registered if the included indicators are installed
with a chain guard and road tires put on.

This bike has no battery, but key-lockable CDI ignition. Usually starts first or second kick when cold, without choke. First kick every time when warm. No oil leaks. Blows no smoke.
I have treated this bike with all the love it deserves and I‘m only parting with it as I don‘t have time to ride anymore and could use the cash. As you can see from the photo‘s, it has the standard scratches and minor bumps - All Original plastics.
